No bully's allowed. I would have gotten up at 3 am, removed their stuff from my site and either put it in the dumpster or at the managers doorstep. The manager already had words with these people. I would have handed him over the letter to. He should kick them out and ban them from the park.
And we had people put bird feeders on their site next to us. Bird droppings all over everything and on our trailer. Don't feed the birds.
