While many people who Workamp have risen to upper management and leadership positions in their 9 to 5 X 40 jobs that won't help you take orders and follow them, mow or weed eat, clean restrooms, rec halls. etc. What you need to bring to the Workamping life style is a willingness to work and be a team player with a flexible attitude and a tough skin.
X2. If you're looking for a paying position at a commercial park, electrical, plumbing or carpentry skills are also helpful.
Please keep in mind that most places already have set procedures that they're very happy with. They just need grunt labor to do it, not rocket scientists to evaluate/improve the procedures.
