I take my Sterling apart at least once a year,
Clean the edge of the fiber bushing with emery paper,
Removes dirty build up, if real bad, put a bolt throug them,
Chuck up in electric drill and spin on a piece of emery, I got this from a tech
At RoadMaster, do them as a set of 2 for even resurfesing, never use oil on the Tow Bar
