Rollover of a pick up and trailer

In improperly balanced trailer will not be happy no matter what it's hooked to.
In 2016 there were 2 fatalities on the TCH within 15km of my house.
The first was a 2000's F250 with a mini excavator on a flat trailer. Commercial vehicle Westbound on Friday evening in the rain. Ended up bottom up in the eastbound ditch. Younger driver in a hurry. Rig loaded a little rearward? Who knows?
The other was an 80's F250 4x4 towing steel I beams. Personal vehicle about half way home to his destination with 3 people aboard. East bound ended up over an embankment in the westbound ditch. 59 yr old FIL pinned to the dash by steel.
