Cause they weren't F550 dooleys of course.
Fwiw, I hope everyone in the original accident was ok or at least alive.
I tug trailers that look like the original picture up in Ontario and the mini exc all the time on worse roads than both pictures. Shht can go wrong in a hurry.....but it usually doesn't.
Here's another theory about the original story since several have been presented. Old guy yapping to his wife about how all the whipper snappers in their jacked up, unsafe, over gvw F150s and tow any thing but shouldn't F250s are a safety menace to society. When said guy briefly drifts out of his lane, just the outside dual of his F350 dually pulling a pop up for early spot for May long weekend. Whipper snapper narrowly avoids side swiping the dually with his trailer full of new CFMOTO wheelers going to a function where disadvantaged kids get to ride wheelers for free......an opportunity they'd never have other wise if not for this guy.
BUT he's headed the opposite direction of old dude because the people at that campground would complain about the noise and post it on rvnet.
While he's jerking the wheel to not take out old dudes fender and his bosses new trailer, the trailer wheels get into a soft shoulder because ice out was last week and it's mud season, causing the trailer to dive off into the ditch pulling his truck helplessly into the ditch as well, and it all goes wrong. Luckily he's by himself and all the kids are in a bus 10 mi behind him.
