Rubber roof, never again.
I have a few new tears in my rubber roof from last years trips. I have the good stuff to put a patch on and I'm wondering if it is a good idea to heat it up with a heat gun after a cleaning(acetone?)...

I will never own another rubber roof longer than it takes to have it sprayed by RV Flex Armor. 12 year warranty on rubber roofs is a complete joke. My rubber membrane failed (water leaking through the membrane with no damage to the membrane) after 5.5 years with a 12 year warranty and they offered $225.00 total compensation.
I had my roof sprayed by RV Flex Armor a year and a half ago and would take a brand new unit and have it done before I ever moved in. Another big plus is zero caulking to monitor and replace.
All rubber roofs will leak, but how bad will the leak be and will you catch it in time so major damage doesn't occur?
