If you just stay alert you can always find something/somebody that is doing something to irritate you. Sometimes you really have to dig deep to find the right button to push but it can be done. So going forwards, don't settle into that lounge chair with a cold drink and relax..you gotta stay alert to recognize these sources of irritant and spew about it instead of relaxing.
