There is a toll bridge between Pa. and NJ going over the Delaware River. It is only collected on the west bound side so it is double the price. No big deal in a car but a friend of mine with a triple axle 5th wheel said it was pricey. http://www.drjtbc.org/
I take that route quite often and consider that toll to be ver cheap. I was towing a double axel 5th wheel with a dually pick up truck and I think it was only about $10. The toll to go over the GWB is a little less than $100. Both the I-78 toll and the GWB tolls are one direction tolls. By the way if you need to get on to Long Island the toll for the GWB and the Whitestone or Throgs Neck Bridge combined are probably over $100.
Try to avoid the NJ turnpike the tolls are expensive.
