If it is marked with the Flammable sign on the bottle it is alcohol. I have heard that alcohol based antifreeze will also leave a bad taste in the plumbing that is nearly impossible to get rid of.
The good stuff does not have the Flammable sign and cost about double, and is safe for the environment. I think it is made with glycol instead.
Oddly my RV dealer was telling me that they did a taste test in the shop one day to prove that the glycol based one is truly safe, and apparently Camco was the best tasting :)
