You would have much better luck by contacting RV parks directly. I don't think many owners monitor RV.net every day to see who might be looking for work.Try going to http://rvparkreviews.com/ and look for the cities you'll be heading to. It's not an all inclusive list but it's a start.

A little research will result in a lot of areas where organizations need work Work campingcampers.

COE in Alabama is looking for volunteers. Nice site, free electric water and sewer. No pay.

Try gate guarding in Texas.
We just finished three months down in South texas and had a great time. Of course, it requires 24/7 but the work isn't hard. Some boredom. Try loma rentals

Another Adventureland vote here. Just be aware you'll be standing for a few hours during your tour of duty. We really enjoyed it!

If you'd like to do volunteer things---the Corp of Engineers is very good. Also---take a look at "the Cradle of Forestry" lot's of opportunities out there.

Try state parks. they are always looking for volunteers for camp host. Most have full hookups. Just google example "Georgia state parks". Then go to the link for volunteers. All these parks are at great locations and there is little work required. We volunteer in Georgia, Texas, and Northern New Mexico. They are all wonderful areas. Give it a try you will love it and they need the help.

Adventureland Amusementpark and Campground in Altoona IA hires workcampers. That's where we are. Wage + very inexpensive site. Contact Gary in HR. Or PM me if you want more info before contacting them. :)

check out www.volunteer.gov. There are positions in many parks, visitor centers, refuges. You volunteer your time and most (check the listing) provide an rv site with utilities.

Workamper couples needed now through the end of November for campground bordering Smoky Mountain National Park near Gatlinburg, TN. Some of the main duties include escorting campers to sites and helping them park, cleaning the pool, maintaining the flower beds, cleaning fire pits, and cleaning the bathhouse one or two days per week.
