RV Dangling off bridge

What is that hanging down off the left rear of the RV? Sewer hose?

That is a Tracer RV bunkhouse model.... 5920 lb unloaded.

My first thought when I saw it was Explorer. Looks like the newer Explorer grill. It also looks like it completely spun around. I could be wrong, but I think that's the northbound lanes of 275 where it meets 175, and that vehicle is facing south.

sit amazes me how some people live as long as they do. how is the heck did he do that. did a semi blow him over the edge??
