We live in Lake Ashton, but not in a RV home. In addition to RV homes, we also have a gated, covered RV storage lot within the community, which is where we store our RV. We are allowed to park the RV in front of our house for 24 hr. before and after a trip for loading/unloading.
We have a very active RV club, LA Travelers.
However, I wouldn't call our climate in the summer moderate. :(
