- SRTExplorerLooks like prices are heading toward the $4.00 mark for gasoline. Gas Buddy prices around here range from $3.46 to $3.65. Diesel is $3.85 to $4.05. Plus road construction season has started for this year. Even the county is going to repave some very bad roads near us, finally. :)
- cekkkExplorerWent into town yesterday and diesel can be had at $3.619 in Woodland Park. May be in the 3.50s in Colo. Spgs.
- Gale_HawkinsExplorerJumped from $3.27 to $3.39 yesterday but diesel is only 30 cents more.
- SRTExplorerYup, prices have reversed direction. Prices, according to Gas Buddy, for gasoline are $3.45 to $3.59. Diesel prices run from $3.89 to $3.99. Looks like the speculators are running up the oil prices. Just checked and the current price is $94.44. Just the other day the price was $87.XX a barrel. This morning there was talk about $4.00 a gallon gasoline this summer. Keep on printing, Ben.....:M

Central Planning works out well in Cuba, but folks can not afford to buy fuel for their 56 Chevy's.
Still, it's a wonderful system, second only to Hugo's. Just ask Hollywood. - SRTExplorerGas prices around here are starting to inch up. Current gasoline prices are now $3.35 to $3.49. Diesel prices currently are $3.85 to $4.09. Oil prices are $92.78. Looks like the powers "controlling" the refineries, etc. continue to get us used to $3.50 gasoline. It's really too bad oil is treated as a commodity, IMHO.
- LindsayRichardsExplorerI bought 20 gallons at .94 9/10 yesterday. Brought me back to the old days. It involved the loss leader deal at Winn-Dixie by moving two prescriptions over to them for a dollar off each on 20 gallons. The rest was made up with some grocery purchases. They expect us to leave them there, but don't know the deal abilities of my wife. The 20 gallons was less than $20.
- AO_hitechExplorerI sometimes wonder how much "someone" is making on gas sales. The Safeway in Concord, CA is selling gas for $3.62. The lowest price anywhere near there is about $3.83. That is more than $.20 higher. Many are over $3.92. That's $.30 higher. Assuming Safeway is not loosing money there is a large profit difference for "someone"...
Gas is a commodity. It costs about the same to manufacture for everyone. Clearly "someone" is making a lot more than others. - exioumExplorerGetting back to What the gas prices are in Your area. Here in S.NJ the price of Reg. is 3.11 and Des. 3.55. This is not everwhere, i.e. if your planning a trip to Six Flags this weekend, gas up long before you get there, or after you leave. It's like 20-25 cents pg higher in that area. My area of reference is Ex.5 off the NJTP. Turn left on Rt.541 of the NJTP and head towards Burlington City. Lots of stations, Wal mart and a WaWa not far from that...
- AO_hitechExplorerIt finally came down here. After going up 2¢, when everyone else was going down we are down 7¢, fot a net loss of 5¢.
