  • I think it would be wood with a sutuco exterior and flat roof. Wired for lights and outlets and that it...

Labor in our area would be on the low side.
  • Over here on the other side of the OR/ID line, I just got an estimate from our contractor and his quote was $40/sq ft, plus any utilities we wanted. This was for a 30' x 50' steel pole barn type building with 14' eaves and a 12x14 RV door, one man door and windows every 10 feet. That would include spray on foam insulation and 6000 psi floor with footers.
  • Go ahead and call a contractor and get a quote. Too many variables for any of us to "guesstimate" a cost of construction.
  • Depends on labor cost in your area for one.
Wood, brick or a Pole Barn.
You want a Full Hook Up inside?
Heat to keep the dampness out.
Cealing fan or two to help dry things out.

We had a 30'x40' pole barn. Cost was a very long time ago.
Have a 68' attached garage now. Cost of garage was in house build so can not help with that.
