Now imagine what happens in this scenario if you have told your insurance company that you only use your boat in one area, then you get into an accident in a different area. No coverage. My boat policy used to specify where I could use the boat. IF we were going out of that area, I called to have them add the new area to my policy. Whats the point of having insurance if it won't cover you when you need it.
Similar with full time RVing insurance. There are specific definitions of "full time" in the eyes of the insurance company. I'd hate to be penny wise and pound foolish, Save a few bucks now but find out you have no coverage if you have a loss? no thanks. Same idea holds true in this situation. You need to make sure you are covered for the actual way you are using the RV. Period.
