I had a couple of mine parked on a seasonal site year around. I cancelled the collision part and just had comprehensive. My trailers are insured through my auto insurance carrier. Just comprehensive is cheap. I also had a liability rider on my homeowners to cover the trailer in case somebody fell off the steps or whatever. I collected on the comprehensive portion twice for storm damage. No problems whatsoever..
