For the most part, I have maybe 10 mins (most time less) interaction with the office help/owners. Certainly not enough time for me to be able to assess their business acumen. Friendly or not, I hardly give it a second thought after I get my spot, unless I need something.
I accept that wireless provided by the campground will likely be useless. Although where I am at right now, it works great. First time I've been to a campground where it's been really reliable and working good. Part of the tools I bring with me when I camp is a hotspot.
I prefer to spend my time exploring the local areas, not taking notes and evaluating the business operation of the campground Im staying at.
