I loved the time we arrived at a park (two rvs traveling together) and the employee told us that we had called and cancelled our reservation -- we obviously had not -- and he would need to get the owner on the phone to figure it out. It took 45 minutes to get us two spots and it was pretty clear they were annoyed by us.
The inability of RV parks to run a website that allows you to make a reservation is frustrating. Then they can't read their own notes on a desk calendar to know what they have open/reserved.
