I'm all about the staff - usually the owners and a smattering of employees. The 2 private parks that pop into my mind that I truly enjoy visiting, are a nightmare of hills and trees - but in both cases, the owners go out of their way to make sure their guests are happy and having as pleasant a time as possible! One in particular, arrives at your doorstep after you've settled in for the night, with fresh-baked, warm chocolate-chip cookies. After a long day on the road, that little touch is beyond welcoming :-) The other park has always welcomed our kayaking group by making sure we all camp together, and made sure we had safe places to store our RVs and trailers on the last day of our paddling weekends, even though checkout was 11 AM.
