70+ years of camping/RVing, and I would guess that easily 85-90% of my interactions with both private and public campgound/RV park owners/operators have been pleasant, with most of the others at least tolerable. In all those years and hundreds of stays, there probably haven't been more than a dozen places nationwide that I would not return to. As for WiFi being "like running water", given the limits of high bandwidth back-haul availability and cost in the US, that's just not the case. If you really need reliable Internet while on the road, provide your own. With the cell plans currently available, especially the newest unlimited data plans from the major cell carriers, it isn't even a cost issue for most of us any more.
