"Praise where due" (I chose not to use the all caps that you did which are a sign of disrespect) was not given until the 7th paragraph and with caveats at that. You obviously have lots of experience about all that Western Rv Park owner experiences as a private owner. What are your RV Park ownership credentials? My family has experienced some of what you complain about but not to the degree you imply. We have been using campground/rv parks since 1989 (over 600 nights) and have been satisfied about 90+% of the time.
Just a note: my use of caps is for EMPHASIS not to disrespect or yell. The reason I do it is because the technology of this site is so far behind and the method for italicizing ( or doing any text modification) is just prehistoric in GUI terms.
I think a fair minded reading of my post will see that I praise as often as not. And if you read it with at least a neutral "tone" in your head it will come out that way.
There is a reason why at big company corporate levels Airlines will hire CEO's from other industries or Manufacturing will reach out and grab a new CEO out of the Tech Sector...that is because they know as I do that making money and running a successful company is pretty much the same set of skills despite the particular product. The same business and management practices that succeed at Boeing or Microsoft work for RV Parks. It's just a matter of scale and language.
