Actually "my observations" IS personal. What you "observe" is colored by your own personality, etc. That you then explain that as a nearly lifelong businessman you do this all the time proves that.
I do not go around observing how every business runs - perhaps because I am not a nearly lifelong businessman, but more likely because I don't see the point in an essay on the problems of the RV Park business model.
Perhaps you would have different responses if you posted this on a businessman forum - where you are likely find other nearly lifelong businessmen who enjoy dissecting business models.
To combine your two threads, I would suggest that none of the types of RVers really care about the business model of an RV Park.
