I'd venture that the typical RV park user cares little about the the park's business model as long as their needs are met. That has been reinforced by a few posts in this thread.
They don't care because they are not in the RV park business. They generally are there to camp not to analyze. Most do not know the ins and outs of the CG business and don't pretend to.
Should we scrutinize the business model of every business we patronize?
I go camping to escape the rat race plain and simple. I have no desire to scrutinize,dissect or analyze anything other than a cold beer and a camp fire.
