I think part of the problem in this thread may stem from your initial claim of having experienced "about every type of RV Park that exists. And their owners." based on a sampling of less than 1 percent of the roughly 15,000 pubic and private RV parks in the US over a brief 2 year or so period. That alone casts some doubt on the validity of your conclusions. I think you'll find there are many of us on this forum with significantly longer and broader experience that have not reached the same conclusions you have. What does that tell you? Are we all wrong?
