RV storage WITH ELECTRICAL near L.A.

Just wondering if anyone out there has come across an RV storage facility near San Dimas, Arcadia, or Pasadena, CA which has electrical plug ins so that we can leave everything in our fridge while we store the trailer for a couple of weeks?

  • Thanks for the input so far.

Normally we would simply empty the refrigerator and re-stock when we return from our cruise, but this time around we have a special consideration. We have been on the Mexican Baja, near San Jose del Cabo, for the winter, and we have a lot of dorado (mahi mahi), and yellowtail fish in the freezer after successful fishing excursions. We usually use all the fish over the summer after we return from our Mexico winters. It will be agony to throw or give it all away.

Not sure that it's worth an hour's drive, plus more than $300 for the month though, to store at Valley Indoor.

no secret at all. www.valleyindoorstorage.com 818-786-7378.
28 miles north of downtown LA. They can do month by month rates, have both indoor and outdoor and electrical. Clean, professional and personable.
I've stored mine indoor and would definitely go back.

I'm not in any way affiliated with the business or people working there.

    It's actually - www.valley indoor rv storage . com

Link - "Valley Indoor RV Storage"

It would be about an hour's drive from LAX in non-rush hour traffic.
Pasadena or Arcadia closer - but the drive may take almost as long.

Whether electric is included or not - better have *DEEP* pockets!.;)

IMO - empty the refer, do your best to find a more reasonable ($) storage facility - you will be lots of bucks ahead.

  • It has indoor and outdoor. Outdoor is about $11/ft plus $10/mo for electric. That comes to $450 a month. I have a 40 footer and they quoted me $320/mo. They park and require 24 hour notice for pick up.

  • If there is, it is the best kept secret in town. I store 20 miles east of L.A. and no elect. L.A. is a very unfriendly RV place among other things.
  • Electrical plug ins at RV storage yards are quite common in hot places like Phoenix and Palm Desert. There just HAS to be one in the greater LA area.
  • Never heard of anything like that anywhere around here. Likely a liability issue
