- old_guyExplorerI can not understand why people make such a fuss over toilet paper in an RV. One, the tank in an RV is a holding tank only, not a septic tank where you have to worry about whether the paper dissolves or not. two, use what ever paper you prefer and one that you don't have to use half a roll so you don't break through the paper at the mid way point. just use what ever paper that suits your fancy
- AndymonExplorerThat's what we were told when we bought our TT. The service tech also said to stay away from Charmin.

Kirkland from Costco always works good for us. - tatestExplorer IIScotts single ply is suitably flimsy. Like the special "RV/Marine" TP, it often starts coming apart before you are finished using it.

We've used anything and everything in my RV for over 40 years. Never had a problem. It all goes down the same with a 3" hose no matter what I use. And believe me; my ol lady does not skimp on TT in the bathroom. :E

I can not understand why people make such a fuss over toilet paper in an RV. - JayWalker2009ExplorerAs has already been stated if you use a lot of water there is no need to be duped into RV toilet paper. Holding tanks are not septic systems.
Personally I use Scott but if I am out I will use whatever the camp store happens to sell that is NON rv because the RV type is way too expensive and not useful. - Dadio24ExplorerAnything but Charmin...
- Bob___AnnExplorerWe also use Scotts single ply at home and in the RV. Have never had a problem at either location. Disolves very well.
