Rather than using one of those cheap extendable brushes why don't You make your own single piece brush handle out of aluminum or copper tubing! The fittings are all available in a Hardware store. Make the Tube about 8 feet long and You should be able to reach most anywhere. You will still get wet but at least it will only be coming from one or the other end,not 1/2 way up!
You can cover the tubing with a wrap of Tape to keep it from marking the RV.
