For some reason, I read between the lines, that "she" is just not as excited about the RV as you are. If that's the case, then you might as well go ahead and hang your hat up and call it quits!
Too bad you can't just go ahead and full time in the RV in Florida! Rather than a condo, how about one of those uppitty-scale RV resorts? Who know? Maybe she just never considered it.
I do not have an answer to our question, every Home Owner's Association, City Zoning Regulations, and Condo Association have their own set of rules, depending upon how "uppitty" the one you finally select is, you might not even be able to park a pick-up truck there.
