The Marion location is such a great place, Hate to see CW ruin it. Hope they don't close the Campground, OR raise the price so high people can't go. But then, I guess it is supposed to be good busine...

Tom Johnson's was a great outfit.
I'm not sure CW will realize the percentages they wanted there.
They came ,for the Campground, Service and RVs.
Pretty decent trout fishing if you walk a ways.
Food was pretty decent.
Takes bit, of maintenance budget, for the grass and buildings,holes, hookups and so on.
Totally different priorities and commitment.
He owned it and ran it like he wanted.
