  • Interesting article. Amazing how an RV manufacturer says that they have no control over a dealer if he refuses to repair your rig BUT Keystone says:

"Keystone would not sell the part to Bailey because Brooking Harbor RV is not an “authorized” service center for Keystone RV. The manufacturer’s policy is that its RV dealers are the only firms that can sell the parts when warranty claims are involved.

The decimation is just beginning, and the customer pays for it, as usual.
Heck, that's not so bad. A "decimation" is technically a reduction by ten percent.

Not this bad. Aftermarket parts distribution has turned into the same type of deal that the manufacturing component business has; namely, Lippert. Betcha a cup of coffee that Lippert tries to buy out NTP-Stag in a few years so they'd own the WHOLE enchilada. :-(
