Ah, cuzz, he doesn’t want to move his RV. If OP is willing to take his RV to the dump station why would he need a tote?
For starters, "truck" means that he has towable.
He said he'd pump it from the RV to the tote in the truck.
Connecting the dots, the truck would then have a full tote in the bed. The next step is to drive the truck (w/tote in the bed) to the dump, connect a dump hose from the tote to the drain, and then let gravity do its dance.
Seems pretty straightforward.
