Scipio/Beaver Flying J Tire Shops fined
Busted The two gas station tire shops that were discussed on this forum about a year ago for having shady tire selling practices were fined by the Division of Consumer Protection.

Evidently conviction and fine will not make a difference to the owner and employees. I was well aware of the scam, as we use the Scipio station often and less than a month ago, while topped there fueling, an employee from the tire shop walked over and examined the tires on my trailer. Once a thief, always a thief.
