Check out Gulf Stream's Conquest Lodge Series - http://gulfstreamrvtrailers.com/conquest/floorplans.php. The quality on Gulf Stream's has improved since I bought mine in 2007 and they are a good value. I paid around $22,000 for the 2007 version of the 36FRSG and ordered it with a front queen IPO the bunk/dinette, 4 Fantastic fans installed from the factory, extra large entry handle, front pass through storage tray, and a few other extras. 7 years later, it has held up well and we have stayed 76-112 nights per year in it. I had a few warranty issues and my dealer had no trouble dealing with Gulf Stream.
