We can't honestly remember where all the fabric was purchased, but I can tell you that if we pass a quilt store on our travels and they don't have room for an RV, she will put out flares on the side of the road while she looks for fabric. It is her passion to sew, and I know often fabric is purchased even though she doesn't have a current project for it, but someday it will be used.
And I'm happy to report that my daughter who is home from Fairbanks where she attends University of Alaska (studying geologic engineering) is happily sewing her boyfriend home made pajamas on the very same sewing machine.
And I do think many times I'm the luckiest man alive, even if it was just the sewing machine she was after. We both love travel and have our health. Hans
Boy I can relate. My wife is an avid quilter. She does machine quilting and is very good at it. When we have talked of fulltiming it some day, she starts talking toy haulers so we can bring her machine along! I just laugh and roll my eyes. She made me an awesome RV themed lap quilt. We found all the material at a quilt/fabric store in Branson, Mo.
