Dealerships employ people. People check the boxes when filling out the advertising forms. Many of those people are not RVers and some have less than average intelligence. Consequently I don't put a lot of stock in those ads.
Off topic but related, I just test drove an automatic transmission car that was listed as a manual transmission in multiple places.
