I'm with Ivylog in that I would make the slope a bit steeper than the standard 1/4 inch per foot. I figure I've got 36 gallons of mostly water and a few solids hitting that line out of a 3 inch pipe. Nothing is going to get stuck or left behind.
And if anything does wind up getting left behind it's not going to make it through the 36 gallons of gray water that's coming down behind it.
