As far as killing the anaerobic bacteria with the water in the RV waste... guess what's in fresh water at your taps - O2! And killing those poor tiny anaerobic bacteria with open pipes. Well guess what... every sanitary drain system has an atmospheric vent, right after the P traps so the traps don't siphon and those open vents are on the septic/city side of the system. Craig
