If I understand the plan the end of the hose with no fittings would be the end going into the sewer at the site. If so, this is not a good idea for several reasons: I've seen such a hose sucked into the sewer and block everything upstream resulting in sewers overflowing and, how would a donut be fitted to the end which is required in many campgrounds.
