Thank you all for the replies.  What was mentioned about the next used camper having issues is exactly what I am worried about.  You just don't know how well they were taken care of.  The other thing is that we have this one paid for and I have no desire to take out another loan at all.  Basically whatever we get I want to pay cash for minus the trade.  So if I get $9000 for a trade and the money I have setting aside I would be looking for one in the max of $13-14K.  So basically this leaves us looking for one that is some years older than ours which doesn't necessarily make it in worse shape, I have seen a lot of older campers that are in great condition, but it does if it has been neglected at all.  Plus more time to hide the problems instead of fixing them.
Also on the comment of bigger isn't always better. I agree. Especially if gas goes to $4 a gallon this summer again. The truck has no issues with the camper we have. Its stated dry weight is 3620 but I would bet its closer to 4000.
