You're thinking ' a bit too much' in a way. cause if you LOVE camping, this is YOUR choice of recreation and vacation, your FUN in life---then take the loss now (and hopefully it won't be so bad if the right buyer comes along) and GO FOR IT.

Everyone can 'what if' their way out of every decision in life. Sometimes ya bite the bullet and run!!
Only you can decide. We took a few losses on campers, every time it was the best decision, cause in the end it was a bit of money (which I could handle) but the next steps in our lives with the new setup was wonderful. Priceless :)
