Keep the dry weight around 5-5500lbs and the length at 31 feet total (ball-bumper). you can find the perfect trailer with a superslide and bunks in that range. as for how a used camper was taken care of....it has to be given a very good lookover. the biggest problem will be spotting any possible water leakage issues.
