Frank.....your personal listening habits are exactly that....your habits. You see people wearing headphones/earbuds 24/7, listening to music, to the other end of the spectrum, where someone like you is not interested in listening to music that often. It's not a big deal either way. For me, I like hearing music when I'm working in garage, in the yard, or on the motor home. It makes the work more enjoyable.
When we travel in the motor home, both my wife and I like to listen to 70's rock and roll and country music. XM radio gives us that ability without hunting for channels every 60 miles. I love my wife, but during a 6-8 hour drive we just don't have that much to talk about. We enjoy the drive, look at the scenery and listen to music in the background.
