all my bills come in before they are due so I can pay them on time. That is all but Sirius xm. No matter how many times I ask them they are always late.

Then you're paying WAY too much.
The reason they send the bill out late (they sent mine out on the day it was due) is so if you cancel they can still bang you for a week or two for coverage you've cancelled.
In order to get a reasonable rate you have to call them up to cancel every time it renews. From a customer viewpoint, it is one of the most horribly run companies around.
