Small truck to tow 4 down
Looking for a small truck (like a Ford Explorer Sport Trac or equivalent) to tow four wheels down behind the MH It has to be truck with a bed, smaller the better Not sure which ones to look for....

I tried very hard to find a small truck to tow. I think every one that can be towed has been mentioned and I checked out every one of them. I wanted a 4 door crew cab, I wanted an automatic transmission and I wanted one comfortable to drive. None of the small ones were a fit for everything I wanted. I finally settled on a Chevy 1500 Silverado. Has everything I wanted except is bigger and a little heavier that I wanted. I towed a Jeep Liberty for 12 years and the 1500 is about 1000 lbs more. I had to compromise on something and it turned out to be the size. Don't know it is behind me and I love the truck.
