I sold an RV on eBay to a guy in Florida. He has already contacted me & paid the $100 deposit via Paypal. He says he's going to get a transport company to pick it up but we haven't worked out the when...

As someone else mentioned you could also offer to pay for the wire transfer fee which shouldn't be much if the buyer has qualms about that.
I haven't read past the above quote, but it's obvious that a bank to bank wire transfer is really the only way to go. Cash is nice, but it still leaves an open avenue for "FUNNY" money to creep in.
