blind transactions..where no body inspects the purchase item
are highly suspect of being scam
when there is live body checking the 'item' before completing the purchase
the suspect level drops ways down
saying i want it..heres a $100 deposit, i will wire you the rest
is NOT the same thing as
here is $100..hold it, i'm coming to see it, and will complete the deal then, if i'm satisfied
looking at dollar signs, instead of the way the deal is being handled
