Buyer called. Had some questions. Gave permission to give his bank officer my number. She called, we had a chat about transferring funds (its a pre-approved loan). I need to fax her a copy of forms I have tomorrow. No red flags, no money's changed hands yet. Nothing to report. Sorry. And RV is still in my driveway.
