All is well. I've overnighted papers to loaning bank. When they receive them they will release funds to my bank, which knows to expect it. Transport truck is coming Saturday AM to pick up trailer as long as things go as planned (FEDEX could lose envelope, computers go down, transport could have failure problems, we could get a hurricane, etc.)
