See there's 14 pages but the best and foolproof way is to have his bank wire the funds to your bank. Just get your banker in the loop and they can help with it. The bank will know or be able to verify if the source is legit.
Set it up where the wire xfer is ready to take place and he can approve wiring the $ once his transporter puts eyes on the rv and verifys its condition.
I have done many deals this way. If the buyer is not willing to do this then prolly a scam.
