I am actually not sure how the paypal thing works either. I know you have to link a credit card to it and pretty sure a bank account too.
But the thing I don't understand is how they do this. If they have someones paypal account, they send the funds there. So I would look and see the funds and release the goods. But I don't get how they make it look like funds are there without them actually being there.
And I don't understand how they get my banking info from the Paypal account if I don't offer it.
I would like to know just exactly how this scam works.
Can anyone enlighten us?
